ABOUT

Rad comes from a true “legal family” – his two brothers also are active members of the Alabama Bar, and prior to their deaths, his father and father-in-law were well respected members of the Bar.  Following law school, Rad practiced for a number of years with his father and brothers at the family’s law firm in Talladega. Rad, his wife and two sons eventually moved to Birmingham, where he later founded Gaines Gault Hendrix PC. Rad and his family enjoy snow skiing and traveling to new places when their schedules allow.  Having met his wife when they both were involved in community theater, he remains a committed patron of the arts in the Birmingham area, and he enjoys attending shows whenever possible.  Rad also tries never to miss an Alabama football or basketball game.
