Sheena Johnson and Nick Bottoms obtained a favorable result for the defense in a recent jury trial in Madison County. The case arose out of a 2017 motor vehicle accident.

On 12/8/2017, the plaintiff was traveling northbound on Hughes Road when the Defendant pulled out from the Waffle House parking lot in front of him causing a collision. The plaintiff claimed permanent tinnitus on pain and suffering only. The case was tried for 1.5 days. The plaintiff asked for $554,316. The jury deliberated for 1 hour exactly and returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $25,000.
