Prior to joining GAINES GAULT HENDRIX, P.C., Vince spent two years on the Plaintiff’s side of the Bar gaining valuable insight into how the other side thinks. Prior to that experience, Vince practiced for 17 years as staff trial counsel for two prominent insurance carriers; including six years as Managing Attorney for The Hartford’s Alabama Staff Legal Office. He has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict in venues throughout Alabama, in automobile accident, premises liability, construction defect and other commercial liability cases. He was named by The Alabama Jury Verdict Reporter as one of Alabama’s most prolific attorneys in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
