Reagan is a Birmingham native who graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2025. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Mississippi State University graduating summa cum laude in 2022. While at the University of Alabama Reagan served as a Junior Editor and an Articles Editor of Volumes 74 and 75 of the Alabama Law Review. She was also a finalist in the 2L Moot Court Competition where she argued a constitutional law issue in front of the Honorable Judge Jennifer Elrod of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Theodore McKee of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and Judge L. Scott Cooler of the Northern District of Alabama. She was a member of the ABA Andrews Moot Court team and the Moot Court Board during her final year of law school. In her spare time, Reagan enjoys watching Mississippi State baseball, cooking, and traveling.
