Shelley Lewis in our Huntsville office obtained a defense verdict in a recent bench trial. Plaintiff was alleging invasion of privacy, civil assault, and defamation against the defense. At the conclusion of trial, the judge found no liability on the part of the defendant and returned a verdict for the defense.
