About

Rachael grew up in Mobile, Alabama. In her free time she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and children. Rachael is a strong supporter of Girls, Inc. and has participated in their “Cajun Cook-off” for the past two years. She has also served on the CASA for Kids Fund Board of Directors and has volunteered with Big Brothers, Big Sisters.

Rachael began her legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. She later began work as a Deputy Public Defender, where she focused her practice on major felony cases as well as defending juveniles. While maintaining a full and active trial caseload, Rachael also was responsible for supervising a team of lawyers. Rachael has spent her career in the courtroom litigating complex cases.

  • Frances Adair Fuller v. Jessica Leigh Foreman; Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama; CV-15-902122

  • Obtained a defense verdict in a disputed liability and disputed causation motor vehicle accident. The officer testified that he could not establish a “prime contributing unit” as a result of the accident, and defense counsel was able to seriously impeach the plaintiff’s testimony regarding her alleged injuries with her own social media posts.
